Recognize and accepting your feelings
​理解并且接受你的情绪

It is important to understand that the emotions you are experience is reasonable. For example when you feel anxious before a test or worrying about the family’s situation, it is all right! You need to learn to accept these feelings, they are an important part of the you and the world, you are not wrong to feel the way you do, its normal to all. Just thinking about these emotions without accepting them will just aggravate anxiety. On the other side, accepting these emotions is the right way to relieve stress.

理解你的情绪很重要,所有的情绪都有原因的,这些情绪的发源不是你的错,比如考试前的焦虑抑或是家庭内部的纠纷。你应当学会接受并且包容这些情绪,无论是正面还是负面的,它们是你们很重要的一部分。过度想可能会更加的焦虑,接受却会让人放松,有助于缓解焦虑。

Building Good Relationships

Good relationships allows you to share joy and sorrows. Don't be afraid or shy to make new friends, different friends can open up to new perspectives and experiences. If there are friends which makes you feel uncomfortable, you need to speak up your thoughts, true friendship is mutual.

良好的人际关系可以让你分享开心和伤心的事,让你敞开心扉倾诉。不要害怕结交新的朋友,他们可以打开不同的经验和视角。不过,如果有朋友让你感到不舒适,应该大胆表达意见,真正的友情是相互的。

Stress is a part of life, stress is when you feel anxious or sad, it is the normal mind response to pressure. Even though they are definitely afflicting, but there are some simple ways to deal with stress. When you feel tried or overwhelmed, you can try having a deep breath, it may relieve physical tension and as well as helping you to calm down. Additionally, physical activities also help because dopamine is secreted during exercise, it helps to maintain a positive mood. 

​感到压力很正常,虽然它们确实折磨,但是也有一些方法可以缓解压力。在你感到疲劳的时候可以试试做几组深呼吸,它们可以帮助缓解肌肉紧张,使人平静。与此同时,运动也有同样的作用,因为在运动时大脑会释放多巴胺,让人保持一个积极的心境。

Developing a Positive MindSet
​用积极的心态看待事情

Learn to think positive and develop a positive mindset. For example, if you got low scores in an exam, instead of feeling stressed and sad, think that this failure is the motivation to the future success. You can develop a positive mindset by trying positive self talk and learn from setbacks. A positive mindset relieves your stress and benefits with physical well-being.

尝试用积极的方式思考,比如一场考试的失利后应该想这次的失败会成为下次成功的动力,跟消极不同,消极的情绪只会让人止步不前,所以应该。在挫折上学习以及自我反思与评估中可以让我们用积极的心态看待事情,它可以帮助你缓解压力,有利于身心健康

Why sleep matters?
​睡眠的重要性

Enough sleep helps both  physical and mental health. It helps us to get rid of irritability, anxiety and depression. It also relaxes muscles and strengthens the immune system to fight off disease. Teens should get at least eight hours of sleep, it is beneficial to create a sleep schedule and regulate the body's internal clock, makes it easier to fall sleep on time.

足够的睡眠有助于维护身心健康。它可以帮我们消除烦躁以及焦虑和抑郁情绪,也可以让肌肉放松,增强免疫系统,抵御疾病。青少年应该保证每天有八个小时以上的睡眠,可以制定一个睡眠计划,这能够调节体内的生物钟并且使入睡变得更容易。
